On September 26, 2024, a seminar on power semiconductor packaging and new energy application processes and technologies was held at the Sheraton Chengdu Tianfu Lido Hotel, attracting enthusiastic participation from many technical personnel in the industry.
In order to promote the exchange and learning of semiconductor and SMT related technical engineers in the southwest and northwest regions, our company, Jiangxi KED Technology Co., Ltd., joined hands with four professional material and power semiconductor packaging equipment suppliers from Germany, Heraeus, Zestron, and Shanghai Jisjia, to jointly hold the "Power Semiconductor Packaging and New Energy Application Process and Technology Seminar" in Chengdu
In recent years, with the rapid development of industries such as new energy vehicles, 5G communication, and data centers, power semiconductors have experienced explosive growth and become one of the hottest tracks in the semiconductor industry. This conference will discuss industry trends and future development directions from different industry chain links such as new energy applications, power semiconductor industry, packaging materials for new generation power semiconductors, packaging and testing industry, as well as industry strategies, environmental packaging, packaging cleaning and other perspectives
At around 10:30 on the day of the conference, Mr. Zhuang Xiangcheng, the general manager of our company, gave a lecture on "Zero Emission Water Based Online Cleaning Equipment and Process", focusing on the semiconductor packaging cleaning process. Environmental protection requirements: according to the national discharge standards for wastewater, refer to the discharge standards for secondary sewage treatment plants, and the requirements are becoming increasingly strict.
KED is facing the national strategy of environmental protection requirements and serving the development of industrial enterprises. It has made significant research and development efforts in environmental protection and energy conservation. Currently, the company has developed two core products, ST-1000 and ST-200, to reduce wastewater discharge Due to the use of advanced magnetic wheel and roller conveying technology, the flow of cleaning solution from the conveyor belt to the rinsing area is greatly reduced. Multiple solvent resistant RO membranes are also installed in the ST area to purify and separate COD in the rinsing water, converting over 95% of the rinsing water into pure water and achieving the goal of recycling.
